It’s time to go my own way. After a disastrous return to office work for 3 months it became glaringly obvious to me that I’ve moved on from the old me. I’m now an artist. It’s what I love. It’s what I must do and rather than stick to the ‘art world’ conventions I need to do it my way.
I really enjoyed making this piece. I always think there is a perception that ink drawings are not classified as ‘real art’- but the reality is, this is my lane. It’s what comes naturally.
So time to say “f#*k it”, and just do what I do.
